Maybe you have heard that a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step - meaningful change comes about from the little things, the simple things. If we desire to make the world a better place, then it must first start with us recognizing and ap We are thrilled to feature one of our dear friends, James Blay, as this week’s writer for Table Talk! 👏👏👏

James is the former Vice President of Administration at the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary. He now serves as the Coordinator for Loving God,
Help us to look beyond the world as we know it, so that we might reimagine it through your eyes—the eyes of a God who loves us deeply and desires wholeness for all creation. May your Spirit stir our imaginations so we might join you This is the sacred work we are invited into — to imagine and reimagine the world through the lens of God’s love. Even when it feels like the world is falling apart, even when we are certain our lives are unraveling, even when we wonder if No matter how slow the change might happen.
However small the ripples we make might seem.

We are still called. Called to listen for the Spirit’s nudging us to loving action. Called to see God-given light within us and within others. Called to This week we are excited to jump into our summer series, Ripples of Hope!
